We needed to install hardwood floors upstairs that would match the wood downstairs, plus install carpet on the stairs, all on a short timeline. Barbara was amazing, she’s very knowledgeable, personable and caring. She came, measured our area and brought several samples of hardwood, then she came again and dropped more samples at our house until we found the right hardwood. We had floors installed before by a smaller crew and were not happy with their work. Their installer was very professional, timely, and did quality work. They also matched the other quote we had, as we really wanted to work with them.

For some time we had been thinking about having our hardwood floors refinished, but we weren’t sure if it was an affordable option. We found Concord Carpet and Hardwood on the internet and decided to check it out. Tyler, the owner, greeted us and offered to have his estimator, Mark Cabrera, call us. Mark called that same day and scheduled an appointment.
The estimate was within our budget, so we set a date for the work to begin.
We had three bedrooms, a hallway and the dining room refinished. We also had new carpet installed in two bedrooms which did not have hardwood flooring. Everything turned out
beautifully. The carpet installer was very efficient and did an excellent job, The hardwood specialist, Sam, and his assistant, Estevan, were so professional and paid attention to all the details. They did a remarkable job.
Mark was a pleasure to work with. He coordinated everything and the process went smoothly .He was very knowledgeable about hardwood and gave us good information. We are so pleased with our floors. We would recommend Concord Carpet and Hardwood to our friends – already have recommended the company to two neighbors.

I inadvertently went into the their store looking for another store. There Tyler(owner of the Flooring Co) met and greeted me, and I told him about my desire to replace our old carpet and tile. He offered to send out his salesman THAT day for measurements and a quote. That salesman came and his name was Mark Cabrera. Mark was friendly, personable, and helped us in the decision making process with helpful suggestions on what would work and what would not in our home.
We chose CC&H not only for the price, but the outstanding service we were getting from the onset.
When the installers came, they were very sensitive to our house being upheaved, and took every precaution they could to make us feel comfortable in the demolition of our tile and carpet. We have to say Jorge and his crew were outstanding and professional, they know there stuff.
Now we have a beautiful Brazilian Laminate Hardwood that we are very proud to have. The house looks brand new and we have lots of compliments.

I highly recommend Concord Carpet & Hardwood for your flooring needs. Mark is an amazing person to work with from start to finish.
We wanted brand new laminate, tile, and new carpet to replace our blue carpet filled 3500sq ft home. I called around for price quotes – 3 last year (Aug 2015 – 1 local, Empire floors and Costco), to give us an idea of how much we would need to save, and 4 local contractors this April 2016.
Mark was the quickest to return our emails/texts with a price quote, and his price was the best out of all the companies we’ve contacted. Concord Carpet & Hardwood’s showroom is located in Concord by highway 4 near the Kinders. His company was able to move big furniture, remove/replace our baseboards (saving us money), and remove and reinstall all toilets during the renovation. His company also noticed our bathroom baseboards were deteriorating and was able to send us new baseboards to paint ourselves (to match our existing baseboards), and they installed them for a good price. During the renovation process, our whole house got very dirty/dusty with all the demo of the old carpeting, etc, and after all the dust settled, Mark sent a professional cleaning company to clean our home! They cleaned my home from top to bottom. I was very grateful for this extra service! Mark also gave us a free cleaning mop/spray set to care for our new floors.
Mark visited our home on April 13 to measure, and provided samples, and to discuss any questions we had. Out of all the contractors we’ve met, my husband had the best “feeling” from Mark. What makes him stand out from the other contractors is his communication skills. He answered all our questions, and would always take the time to explain how the process works and would even draw out figures to better explain our questions. He understood that we were very price conscious and recommended the laminate brand that he works with in order to give us a better deal. He even convinced us to get a better carpeting than we originally wanted at no extra cost. He installed really good padding underneath the laminate and carpet so the laminate feels solid, and the carpeting feels very plush under foot. Mark was always available for texts (which I prefer over phone calls) and always responded in a timely manner.
The actual renovation process took about 10 days over the span of 2.5 weeks. Mark would occasionally drop in to check on everything. The whole process was from April 13 to May 9 with professional cleaners/final payment on May 13. We are very satisfied with our floors, and would not hesitate to recommend this company to everyone.

I am very happy with the work. Mark has been very professional, easy to work with, reasonable with the quote. The estimated time frame was 3 weeks but he finished the job in 2 weeks. His work is outstanding. I strongly recommend him to my friends and family. If I ever want to do any type of remodeling I would never try any other company.
